On buyers’ behavior
Hallyou PH has the right to refuse any customer who shows rude behavior towards the shop. We are not going to entertain impatient buyers and rushed orders.Items
All items are sealed and bought on official sites (Ktown, Weverse, and others). Hallyou PH will not be held liable for any defects/missing inclusions made by the manufacturer or by the delivery process.Payments
Downpayment is required to secure item/s. Payment should be made within the given time after receiving an order confirmation.Cancellation of Orders
FILL UP THE ORDER FORM ONLY IF YOU ARE 100% SURE. Order cancellation after submitting an order form is strictly prohibited. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be blacklisted and posted as a bogus buyer on the shop’s accounts.Refund
Strictly NO REFUND. Orders opted to be cancelled that are partially or fully paid will not be refunded. If an instance that the order/s is/are out of stock, refund will be given.Late Payment Fees and Payment Form
Please pay on or before the given deadline to avoid late payment fees. You. will be charged Php 75 per day. In addition, orders will automatically be cancelled if you still haven't filled up the payment form ten days after the deadline of payment.Loss and Damages
Hallyou PH will not be held liable for any loss, damages and delays caused by the local and international couriers as they are beyond our control.Delays
Delays are beyond Hallyou PH’s control. There may be some instances of delays of package arrivals especially during ECQs and harsh weather conditions. The shop will ensure to notify you to be able to track your orders.Shipping Fee
LSF will only be collected once the products have arrived in the Philippines or if the parcel is ready to be delivered. Unless the buyer opted for Shopee checkout or Same Day Delivery, buyers can do cash on delivery for the shipping fee.

Pasabuys are “pasabay” items from Korea that are not posted on our feed. We accept pasabuys of kpop/kdrama merch, korean food (non-perishable), and other items that can be bought in Korea.Pasabuy fee is inclusive of consolidation fee and international shipping fees.How to order (pasabuy/pahanap)

• Checkout on your own and give us the tracking number of the parcels.
